As soon as your parcel is picked up from the Colissimo network, you can track it at any time on the Colissimo website using the tracking code we will give you.
The parcel will be delivered to you by hand or left in your letterbox. Your parcel will be delivered to your home within 2 to 4 working days.
On average, an additional 24 hours are required for islands and remote locations.
If you are absent or if your parcel cannot be deposited in your letterbox, a delivery notice will be left for you, so that you can collect it from your local post office (metropolitan France only).
